The Method
"Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you.” — Anne Lamott
Unlike traditional career-focused resources, this journal recognizes that thriving in your career is deeply connected to your overall mental health.
By dedicating five days each week to career-focused exercises (e.g., building a referral network or identifying your core values) and two days to mental wellness practices, it creates a balanced framework that nurtures both your professional aspirations and emotional resilience.
By intentionally dedicating two days to mental well-being, the journal ensures you’re not just chasing career goals but also prioritizing your emotional health.
This balance helps to reduce burnout, improve focus, and sustain long-term motivation.
